Welcome to the 3RSC Toyota Labor Day Challenge!

The Labor Day Challenge has quickly grown to be one of Eastern Washington’s largest soccer tournaments since its recent inception in 2019. The 2025 edition featured over 120 Premier and Select teams from Montana, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

Held in sunny Tri-Cities, Washington, our tournament features flexible scheduling for coaches with multiple teams, and travel-friendly kickoff times for our friends coming from across the Northwest, as well as multiple levels of play (Gold/Silver) at most age groups.

Our tournament guarantees 3 games and is open for Boys teams born 2019 through 2008, and Girls teams born 2018 through 2012.
